Delivery Information
At Inami, we strive to ensure that all customized software solutions are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Upon finalization of your order, we aim to deliver the requested software customizations within 7 to 30 business days. Delivery will be provided via a secure link or activation code, sent directly to the registered email address provided at the time of purchase.

Additional Acknowledgements

  1. I confirm that the email address and billing information I provided during registration on the Inami website are accurate and up-to-date.

  2. I acknowledge that the products I have requested from Inami will be delivered to the email address I submitted at the time of registration.

  3. I understand and accept that Inami is not responsible for any delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses, typographical errors, or if the product email is mistakenly classified as spam or goes to an unused or inaccessible mailbox.

  4. I confirm that the product has been delivered to me in working condition and with the requested features. I accept that, due to the nature of the customized software, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction or similar reasons.

Please note the following:

Delivery Times: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the customizations requested. While we work to meet these timelines, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues or client-specific requests.

No Legal Responsibility: Inami shall not be held liable for any issues that may arise after the delivery of the software, including but not limited to software malfunctions, incompatibility, data loss, or any operational disruptions. It is the client's responsibility to ensure proper installation and integration of the delivered software with their systems.

Remote Support: While we offer remote installation support, it is provided on a best-effort basis. Inami does not accept any liability for failures or issues that may arise during or after the remote setup process.

Third-Party Software: If the customizations include third-party integrations, Inami cannot be held responsible for the performance, functionality, or support of any third-party software or services.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided information for customization (such as business requirements, technical specifications, and access credentials) is accurate and up-to-date. Inami is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery or support, please feel free to contact us.

Additional Terms and Conditions

In addition to the terms outlined in the delivery and customization agreement, the following conditions also apply:

  • Full Payment Deadline: The total amount of the product must be paid within three (3) business days from the date the order is placed.

  • No Modifications or Cancellations After Deposit: Once the deposit has been received, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Immutable Order Details: All delivery, billing, and related information provided during the order process is considered final and cannot be changed afterward.

  • Compensation for Breach: In the event that any one or more of the conditions mentioned above are violated by the customer, 35% of the total payment will be retained by Inami Software as compensation for losses incurred. The remaining 65% will be refunded to the customer, if applicable.

These additional terms are accepted by the customer at the time of purchase and are legally binding as part of the overall agreement.
